Look Better

We judge people in an instant by how they look. Is it possible to look better so that people are saying to you regularly ‘Oh,YOU do look well’.

One of the ways we can give our skin a more healthy glow is to drink more water. The skin is the largest organ in the body. It has both a protective role in stopping absorption of some chemicals and harmful bacteria and viruses and a regulator to control our body’s internal temperature. As moisture evaporates through the skin then, as we get older, signs of dehydration can mean the appearance of wrinkles and loss of that healthy glow.

• You need to drink 8 glasses of filtered water per day.
• Use a sunscreen.
• Eat a balanced healthy diet.
• Keep physically active.
