What are Green Drinks?
Green Drinks are concentrated green powders that you add to pure water and are usually associated with alkaline or alkalising diets. They are highly concentrated, nutrient rich and easily absorbed by the body.
There are many different kinds available, including single ingredient powders but it is best to look for those that consist of as large a variety as possible of organic grasses and green vegetables which are easily absorbed by the body, have a rapid alkalising effect and are rich in fibres that eliminate toxins from the body.
The main ingredients should typically include: grasses, such as wheat, alfalfa, kamut, and barley, dark green leaved vegetables, such as broccoli, spinach and kale, sprouted beans and seeds Certain powders contain additional multi vitamins in macro, micro and trace quantities The powders are added in very small amounts to pure water, due to their super concentration. Depending on whether you are undergoing a cleanse or following an alkalising diet you should, subject to body size, drink up to 3 litres of green drink per day.
The effect is to help the body maintain its correct pH balance which in the case of the blood is 7.35 and this effect can be further enhanced with the use of aerobic oxygen or hydrogen peroxide (pH) drops. These release oxygen into the blood. According to Dr Robert O Young’ today most people’s diets are highly acid forming and that this means that the body struggles to maintain its pH balance. He is basically saying that it is this that is the root cause of most of the degenerative diseases that afflict us today.
The green drink that we recommend is Supergreens and for pH drops we recommend Liquid Lightning Prime pH, both by Innerlight. To order these and other Innerlight products visit our dedicated site www.innerlightinc.com Find out more about Dr Young by visiting www.phmiracleliving.com/
