Dear Friends,

Thank you for making my time on the ship so enjoyable. it was great meeting you all and having your support. My husband has come home with the ’ship’ virus so won’t be uploading anything for a few days. I realise that the alkaline/acid information is something many of you want. Please note there are several versions of food categories so I have taken what I think is a comprehensive list. e.g. milk and dairy appears as acid in some versions while neutral in others.
